Taber Abrasion Tester

Taber Type Abrasion Tester is for evaluating abrasion rate of the plastic plywood, pater leather, paint, The test is conducted by measuring the degree of a loss weight, thickness, and gloss with rotating under a grinding stone.

The coefficient of abrasion is calculated as followed:

a loss in weight / the cycles of rotation X 100.

It is designed based on ASTM D1175, JIS A1453, D1044, JIS K6902, K7204.

และเราล้ำหน้าไปอีกขั้นกับ Taber Abrasion Software ที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมาเพื่อการใช้งานที่ง่าย และลดความผิดพลาด  เครื่อง Taber Abrasion รุ่นใหม่นี้ มีเมนูสำหรับเลือกชนิดของ Wheels โดยจะมีชนิดของ Wheels ที่เป็นที่นิยมในการใช้งานทั่วไปอยู่ในเมนู Drop Down ซึ่งเมื่อเราเลือกชนิดของ Wheels ขึ้นมาแล้ว Taber Abrasion ซอฟต์แวร์ก็จะมี จำนวนรอบ (rpm) จำนวนครั้ง (cycle) ที่เหมาะสำหรับ Wheels ชนิดนั้นๆ แนะนำขึ้นมาให้อีกด้วย ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นเรายังสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนตัวเลขในส่วนนี้ได้ตามต้องการ
