CI-PC90 is a trace oxygen analyzer developed and produced by our company.It is an on-line analyzer based on microprocessor and adopts fuel cell oxygen sensor as the detection unit,which has good response time,repeatability and precision.
Applications
It is suitable for on-line or intermittent detection of
high purity gases,such as nitrogen,hydrogen,helium, argon,industrial ethylene,propylene and other gases that do not react with alkaline electrolytes and electrodes;The instrument can be used as a test tool in various production and research departments,such as synthetic ammonia production,vacuum cleaning and filling.various containers,pipelines washing and replacement,advanced plastic production,identification of deoxizing catalyst,air separation,protection gas detection in semiconductor industry,etc.

ㆍ The oxygen concentration and various settings are displayed on 240*128 LCD screen.
ㆍThe unique protective gas circuit is adopted to automatically cut off the gas circuit when shutdown or power failure occurs,which effectively protects the sensor from being exposed to the air for a long time
and affecting the life of the sensor.
ㆍ The solenoid valve is placed at the air inlet and air outlet of the sensor chamber to control whether the sample gas flows through the sensor;
ㆍ When the oxygen concentration exceeds the range or the pressure exceeds the range, the sensor is protected by closing the air path through the solenoid valve.
ㆍ The new structure of the test chamber is adopted to facilitate the field replacement of the sensor;
ㆍ Automatic adjustment within the measurement range of 0-25%,and the minimum measurement range is 0-10ppm;
ㆍAutomatic temperature compensation eliminates the influence of ambient temperature.
