Compressed Air

Supplied compressed air creates a venturi effect, causing ambient air to be pulled through the tube and allowing particulate to be measured continuously.
Paired with the correct probe, this model can be used for hazardous areas.

Fan Operated

Alternatively, the WorkSpace sensor can be configured for use with a dedicated powered fan to pull air past the sensor, an alternative to compressed air. This model is for general purpose areas.

Principle of Operation

Air is brought into the device through a fan or compressed air connection. The sensor continuously measures the amount of dust in the air, providing real-time readings. This allows for immediate detection of dust presence and trends, ensuring constant monitoring and timely alerts for rising dust levels. Both the compressed air and fan operated models are paired with a Particulate Monitor.
